- Procurement: Our buying team sources premium export quality yarn in collaboration with our vendors to deliver key product features like softness, absorbency and thickness.
- Production capacity of 200,000 lbs. per month: High volumes gives us better cost absorption and enables us to price our products better than competitors. High degree of automation in conversion process gives us flexibility to ramp up volumes for clients with high run rates
- Weaving: Products will be made in both shuttle less and power looms
- Dyeing and Bleaching Units: We partner with some of the most reputed dying units in country to ensure we match consumer specifications.
- Stitching departments: with machines for both the hemming and over locking.
